I really don't use it that much as it is really loud, hence a lot of miss hits. That long chain takes some getting used to. But it is fun to see and use what used to be part of yesteryear so to speak.

Excellent! That ring looks solid as a rock...and you are working it. Some great combinations and effortless four-way elbows. Very impressive punching! The only thing missing is the hat!

Thanks for posting...and please, keep them coming.

I may put a vintage bag on it and try it. That's what was originally used anyway. For some reason some of my bags don't work very well on it. The Leone bag works pretty well though. I have a huge NOS bag I got with the Lucky Dog swivel that I may try.

You need a big, relatively heavy bag when you use these. They should hit the ring dead on the center of the belly of the bag for the best rebound.

True, I just went out and put on that huge and heavy NOS bag and while it is super slow and ponderous, the platform was quieter and vibrated less using it. It really surprised me. It really throws your timing off to use it for any length of time and then go back to a modern small bag. It looks cool in my garage, which is really the only reason I got anyway, but it won't get much use.

That's nothing to laugh at, that's pretty good. I love vintage equipment.
Don't buy your speed bag from the same place you buy your tackle box.
