...hmm. Is it just me or were your hands kinda slipping off the bag, indicating either the bag is slightly high and your hitting a bit below the belly. OR, your angling the fists downward on contact both front and reverse. The video wasn't long enough to be sure, but It just seems like you've had better contact on the larger bag. Just sounds like many of your contacts are weak.

I have 2 setups, the one you see in that vid is the lower of the two, and I have an Everlast all-metal ball & hook on it. I have the all plastic model on my higher setup...

its great man, loving it, just need a new swivel coz the 1 it comes with sucks, was thinking of getting an everlast ball and hook swivel like youve got but finding it most difficult to find a uk supplier that sells them, but im gona keep looking and maybee contact some online stores to see if they are going to stock them any time soon.

Ya, it's a hard model to find...I actually got that one from the Grandmaster of Speed Bag, Mr. Alan Kahn. I had to trade him my first born son and a mustache comb but it was worth it!!
