Go to pictures and vids and read the thread on embedding a video. It was a pain for me since i am not a computer friendly person....lol. It will explain it better than i can. Then practice embedding a video on the off topic thread for practice. It took me a few trys...good luck and great vid!
Lookin' good TB! You've got the timing and rhythm down. Like you said, baggin' on a steady basis, will only make you better and better. Once you start throwing in the side punches and elbow combos, the ball/hook (if you prefer) will really help you to take off! Like your setup, that 2" (?) angle iron you've got your board attached to, looks "Really" solid. Didn't see much vibaration in this vid. Very Cool! Keep baggin' on bro.
Hey TBD it all looks very solid to me. I really your hand and fist positions on the continuous Front Double Punch (FDP) combinations. Very solid. I do notice you drop your lead hand down and leave it at waist level on the last FDP, but you seem to bring it back up to the ready position before using it again, not swinging in from the waist.
All in all I'd say your dead on bro. On to the elbow strikes.
