Would you believe the 8'x5'x5' rack from SPEED B.A.G. 2010 will fit in a Honda Civic. Yep That rack is bound for St. Louis

Sparrky stopped by and we bagged for a bit.


On an airline flight recently, I looked through How To Punch The Bag, graciously found and uploaded by Paranday. I knew of floor baggin' before, but had a hard time picturing it actually happening. I was telling Sparrky about it and he was kind of perplexed as well. So in the grand spirit of our forefathers, I took the vert bag platform down and put it on the floor, here's the result:

That floor bag'n looks like a good work out for some side action. Perhaps if you wanted to use Lbows a big bag might be the way to go, stop you having to bend over so far.
