Very nice work guys! It’s always a pleasure to watch you hit the bag. For my video, i used the Arc Pro with the Title Ali authentic leather speed bag x-small (with the stock bladder).

By the way, great initiative from you Rusty! I hope others members of the forum will post some video. Most of us are (or should be) in quarantine so this is a good time to learn from each other.

Since I don't read or write Alan's bible notation, I like to give my combos goofy names to help me remember them. I call this little riff "Run Upstairs and Bring Down Your Elbow"
