    I don't recall where the u-bolt came from. That is my "guest" platform. Makes lots of noise and the newbies feel like they are doing well.

    When I get out of my sling I'd like to make a vid of making an Arc swivel from start to finish.

    Lol! You don't need a certification to use it. My girlfriend is 4 inches shorter than me and she love this system. I will post a video later to explain how it works. Thank you for your comment!

    I do have a dedicated pair of "boxing" shoes. Indoor only. Under Armour Curry 4 basketball shoes, black with natural gum soles.
