Wow, it cut off most of my post. Anyway, what I said was I got my basics down from Mr. Alan Kahn about 20 years ago, I should be better than I am by now. Currently living in Los Angeles, may be moving to Columbus Ohio soon. No recent video of my bagwork, this is from 2017. Excited to be linked up with others passionate about speedbagLeave a comment:
