Here is a video of "Trainer Raul" trying out the "Area 51" swivel on the vertical board. He's punching on a large Cleto bag. It's his favorite bag to workout on. The swivel is really smooth on the vertical board and works a lot better than the Everlast nylon ball swivel he was using. BTW... I got exhausted just watching Raul punch!

Awesome looking set up and super swivel. Good job by Raul also. Pretty smooth baggin' there...
