I did put in alot of time in speedbag technique and punch drumming.
The key is starting slow, but Alan said this along time ago and i took it at hart.
Going slow gives you the fastest progress most of the time, you got to learn how to walk before trying to run.

And being a little bit addicted to it helps also

Installed 2 new drums out of 4 tables someone was goint to throw in the trash.
But 2 table tops together 2 times and anchored them against the ceiling.

This my first drumming session on one of them, rock solid.

Hitting to it on my 10x7 everlast, little mishap at the end but all fun....
