The style of lettering and the tag indicate it's newer than the seller thinks. Very late 1950's but more than likely 1960's is when the Yellow Everlast Logo started showing up on the bottom of the bag.
Yeah that's interesting, it appears to be a one piece instead of the two piece we're used to. I can't ever recall seeing one like this. Pre WWII perhaps?
