    Punch Drumming 1

Got my first speed bag around 1966, only knew very basic techniques, but still liked it a lot. Laid off for 30+ years then decided to get another one. Looked up speedbagging on the Internet and found out there was a lot more to it, so I got hooked! Thanks for the forum!

Jim, is that the swivel that came with your X-Mark platform?

Yes, I just got that platform last week and was going to replace it with a Deville or a Forza, but decided to try it out since it was already attached. I was surprised by how good it worked, considering the reviews I read. However, I will replace it with a ball hook soon.

When you going at it do you usually use earphones or a Bluetooth speaker, I prefer the speaker to stay aware of what's going on around me.
