    Smooth looking spins bro!. I want to learn that. Not sure if it can be done with a U-bolt though. Good way to stall the bag for a quick breather.

          Thanks Speedball708. I seem to have a tendency to over spec things I build, and they go from a simple task to a towering monstrosity. Oh well.

              Trying to get the bag to spin today after yarning to Dee Pooler and watching some of his recent videos. He is the man at these. Here I got a spin going on from the front, side and back of the bag.

                  Good Job on those man. You got them down pretty good. I watched some of his videos a while back and then tried it but couldn't get it. Might be cause the U-bolt. Never tried em on a ball hook. Pretty cool move. Good way to stall the bag for a quick regroup of the mind and body too.
