          thanks guy's for havn a look and the comments hope the slow mo helps you Willis,I think it is easier to learn one hand at a time.get the front and back of fist going first then work on the outward elbow combining the front[knuckles]and back of the fist, and then the inward elbow. try to master each arm individually befor linking the two and then when trying the phantoms under and over, the angle of attack of the elbows plays a big part ,the steeper the angle on the elbow minimises the distance the phantom has to travel.Thanks BT hope we can catch up for sure.take it easy deano
