    Homemade speed bag platform

Hello, me and a friend made this during the summer. It is mounted to the rafters in my garage, and when I am using the speed bag, it sounds like a hurricane upstairs.

I did the same thing years ago in a basement. It's why my bagging was delayed until recently. The platform shook the whole house and made rational people yell at me and stare daggers. I've got my current setup mounted to the wall of a spare bedroom and I've never heard a peep of complaint. The Title 8x5 is very quiet, too, great for evenings when you have no choice but to practice. Which is most evenings.

I think Madonna has recently had this 'neighbor problem' - but you are in better stead; I could send you a link that you could send them which might make their gravity resolve.

Somehow, though, this thread title made me want to pull out some stored jars of marinara from the garden earlier this year and make spaghetti (I have a pasta making machine and I make my own past with that).

I think your photo attachment didn't attach. Make sure it's not too big. Or e-mail it to me (PM me for address) and I can upload it for you.

The forum won't take mega-huge pictures that are like 2Mb or more... try to size it down a bit.

Do you have a digital camera? If so, record it on that. I'm sure you know how to import pics in your computer (if you have a digital camera). Pretty much the same way to import video. Once that's done, go to youtube and make an account. Takes a couple of mins. Then you'll see "upload" and it'll take any vids and change size on its own. Just don't try to make it too long like 15 mins That will work, if any questions let me know I'll walk you through everything. If it gets too intense, I'll even give u my cell # then walk you through it
