Hi there. I have been mucking around lately hitting with the bag as it is swinging and have decided to start a new thread for it. After the rebound, the fist whips the bag as it attempts to run away. Potentially this concept could hugely increase the variations possible on a speed bag. It could be done using front, back or side punches or elbows, but only if the strike comes from the opposite side of the bag to the strike before.
It is good fun and a cool challenge regulating the two hand speeds that need to be controlled and maintained in relation to the other in order to keep at a manageable pace.
Yesterday I was adding it into a single fist pass through- front double punch.
So instead of (FCP)''(RSP)''(FDP)
It goes (FCP)'(RSP)''(FDP)
Add it into this combo (FCP)''(SSP)''(RSP)'''(FCP)
and it becomes (FCP)''(SSP)''(RSP)''(FCP)
Add it into (FCP)''(RSP)''(FCP)''(RSP)
and it can become (FCP)'''(RSP)'''(FCP)'''(RSP)
