Hitting with the swing of the bag

Hi there. I have been mucking around lately hitting with the bag as it is swinging and have decided to start a new thread for it. After the rebound, the fist whips the bag as it attempts to run away. Potentially this concept could hugely increase the variations possible on a speed bag. It could be done using front, back or side punches or elbows, but only if the strike comes from the opposite side of the bag to the strike before.
It is good fun and a cool challenge regulating the two hand speeds that need to be controlled and maintained in relation to the other in order to keep at a manageable pace.
Yesterday I was adding it into a single fist pass through- front double punch.
    So instead of (FCP)''(RSP)''(FDP)
    It goes (FCP)'(RSP)''(FDP)

Add it into this combo (FCP)''(SSP)''(RSP)'''(FCP)
    and it becomes (FCP)''(SSP)''(RSP)''(FCP)

    Add it into (FCP)''(RSP)''(FCP)''(RSP)
    and it can become (FCP)'''(RSP)'''(FCP)'''(RSP)

I learn something new every time I'm under the board, so I'd consider myself a good student, rather than any kind of master. But yep, at work.
    Cheers Ventanakaz.

Hitting with the swing of the bag- for lack of any better name for it I have decided to refer to this concept of speed baggin as The New Sound..

It is the new sound. Here it is done in split fists with the regular split fist rhythm to compare it to.

Trying it out in a bit of freestyle bagging.

It's like learning to hit the bag all over again. Heaps of fun.

I'm humbled to be compared to The Speed Bag Skunk. But i'd be more like the Speed Bag Sloth. lol. Fish maybe. I've been busy knocking over spearfishing records and my bag has had a chance to stop spinning. Not for long though..

This is what I wanted to try today,
          take (F-Rollx5)''(RSP)''(F-Rollx5)''(RSP)..

and cut out one rebound between the roll and the reverse single punch.

          (F-Rollx5)'(RSP)''(F-Rollx5)'(RSP)..

          Now i'm thinking about (F-Roll)'(R-Roll)'(F-Roll)'(R-Roll)...
That would be nifty, it would sound like a fist roll but the hands will be changing sides of the bag. The rhythm will stutter a bit on the transition from one side of the bag to the other, i'm thinking it will sound cool.

Thanks for the words of encouragement my bros. It's great to have the company of such legend speed baggers here on the forum. Every day is the annual gathering the way I see it.
My speed bag rekons I should pull the pin on work today and give it another knock. So I might just roll with that.

Tried taking a rebound out from side and front splitfists today.

(SSP)'(SSP)''(FSP)'(RSP)''... it sounds the same as double punches coming from either side of the bag like FDP''RDP or SDP''SDP.
