Finally got a space to put a Gym together I have missed speedbaggin so much
Hope Everyone is doing great, getting Rhi ready for the Novice Golden Gloves in the Spring of 2011

thanks I made the platform out of 2 X 2 X 1/4 inch angle iron and is bolted through the wall with 3/8 allthread, it is rock solid
