Speed Bag Progress

just a little practice and showing what I have learned since my last post
tried to work on ym speed and succeded a bit
what do you guys think?

Nice job TAB! I liked the I-DES O-DES I-DES around the :33 mark. You also had a L-elbow R-elbow combo around the :35 mark that I thought was going to be some kind of TES, but my eyes are too slow to pick up the exact combo.

Don't worry too much about speed, perfect your punching techniques and combos. Overall, very nice progress since your earlier vid.

Hey thnx I'm workin on gettig better but haven't learned all of the speed bag slang yet lol
I forgot to show but my bag has a gash about 2 inches long along one side of my bag and was consisting getting the 5x8 Title classic bag what you think

It's really a cool combo, "Inward-outward-Inward". not necessarily hard, just nice to see and you do it very well.

i was just hittin on day and decided that if you can inward outward inward with your hand why not your elbow?
anyway its still a work in porgress but its good to hear that its sumthing that not even you have seen before

Exactly! I like the way you think, wondering if you can do something another way. That is exactly how I'd like people to think about the bag. That is how several new combinations have been "found".

Wow, I have to schedule an appointment with my optometrist! I thought you were throwing double inwards and outwards. Upon closer inspection they were singles. Still, nice looking combo.
